Let Canada's Great Bavarian Festival begin as we kick off celebration of K-W Oktoberfest on Friday, October 8th, 2010. Spend some time in our Siebenbürger Hall and dance the night away! While you're there, enjoy some of our authentic German cuisine, especially the pigtails! They are our speciality! The Transylvania Club is known for its hospitality and has won numerous Gemütlichkeit Awards because of it.

Our band, Carousel, has won the Ein Prosit! award for Best Small Band many times over. Their spirit is contagious as they continue to pump out the polka, night after night. They will be with us again this year keeping the audience standing and singing "Ein Prosit!".
Commemorate your evening with an Oktoberfest pin or one of our many souvenirs. They'll be there to help you remember the "Oom Pa Pa!" spirit of Canada's Great Bavarian Festival! for many years to come.
Of course, Miss Oktoberfest and Onkel Hans will be making the rounds each and every night. They'll bring out even more good cheer, "Ein Prosit!" enthusiasm and of course, THE CHICKEN DANCE!
Where you find music, you'll find dancing! Expect exhilarating performances from our own Transylvania Club dance group every night! Their energy and passion are incredible, and we're sure you will enjoy them! You'll also be able to see wonderful performances by dance groups from the Alpine Club, Schwaben Club, other German Clubs and a few from Europe!

Our award winning Festhall is known for unique culinary specialties.
Feast on a large platter of succulent food with up to three meats! Choose from cabbage rolls, wiener schnitzel, oktoberfest sausage and, our specialty, pigtails! You can also have your schnitzel or sausage on a bun!
So you've had dinner, but somehow you're sill hungry? Follow your dinner with a delicious piece of apple strudel.
Looking for a snack to nibble on?
Enjoy a pretzel or one of our three varieties of beernuts from our souvenir booth!
Family Day is just that, a day for the whole family to enjoy. Take some time out, come to the Transylvania club and see what Oktoberfest has to offer; live music, dance performances and special entertainment for children are only a small part of what we have for our guests.
Join us and get a feel for genuine Gemütlichkeit! Grab a schnitzel, some sausage, or a few of our famous pigtails and enjoy the October afternoon!
